Rules for the purchase and sale of goods www.amberdm.com in the online store:
General provisions
1.1. These Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) after their approval by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and placing a check mark next to the statement “I agree with the terms of purchase”), are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchase, payment for the goods, the procedure of delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase of goods – sale www.amberdm.com in the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time.
1.3. Legal persons of at least 18 years of age and legal persons have the right to buy www.amberdm.com in the e-shop.
Protection of personal data
2.1. www.amberdm.com has the right to collect, store and process personal data provided by the Buyer www.amberdm.com when purchasing goods and, if necessary, to disclose them to third parties when it is necessary for the execution of the order, data processing or planning and analysis of www.amberdm.com activities. Data about buyers and visitors of the online store is protected from loss, unauthorized use and alteration. Data carriers shall be fully protected against third-party access.
Entry into force of the sales contract
3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the purchased product(s) and formed a basket of goods, clicks on the link “Buy”.
3.2. www.amberdm.com is under no obligation to notify the Buyer separately of their agreement to conclude the contract. The www.amberdm.com shall be deemed to confirm the order from the moment it starts to be executed.
Buyer’s rights
4.1. The Buyer has the right to buy goods www.amberdm.com in the online store in accordance with these Rules and the online store.
Buyer’s obligations
5.1. The Buyer must accept the goods in accordance with these Rules and pay the agreed amount for them.
5.2. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, he must immediately update them.
5.3. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his/her login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his/her login data, he/she must immediately inform the Seller thereof by means of communication indicated in the section “Contacts”.
5.4. The Buyer, using the www.amberdm.com online store, undertakes to comply with these Rules and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.5. If the Buyer, at the time of delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without valid reasons, the Buyer must bear the costs of delivery of the goods.
Seller’s rights
6.1. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the work of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend his/her access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
6.2. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
6.3. www.amberdm.com has the right to withdraw from the concluded Purchase and Sale Agreement if the stocks of the goods specified in the contract have expired, as well as if the contract was concluded by a person who was not entitled to conclude a contract in accordance with these Rules.
Seller’s obligations
7.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the possibility to use the services provided by the online store www.amberdm.com under the conditions established in these Rules and the online store.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by him and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
7.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy right to the personal information belonging to him indicated in the online store registration form, except in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Return of goods

Terms of return
You can return any product purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a refund. In order to receive a refund, you must send us an intact product in its original packaging by mail within 14 working days. The money will be transferred to your bank account (the 14-day product return guarantee applies to all unused goods purchased remotely.).
Prices of goods, payment procedure and terms
8.1. The prices of the goods in the online store and the formed order are indicated in euros. www.amberdm.com reserves the right to change the prices of goods in case of changes in tax rates.
8.2. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
8.2.1. Payment by bank transfer or e-banking is a prepayment when the Buyer pays using electronic banking through Paysera electronic payment platform.
Delivery of goods
9.1. The goods shall be delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.
9.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the time limit specified in the online www.amberdm.com store accordingly chosen delivery method. This term does not apply in cases where the Seller’s warehouse does not contain the necessary goods or pre-trade of goods is carried out. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to Force Majeure circumstances.
9.3. When ordering the goods, the Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
9.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
9.5. Delivery fee and more detailed information:
9.5.1. Delivery to the Curonian Spit – 20 euros.

9.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer, due to the fault of the delivery service, or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.
Responsibility
10.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences arising therefrom. The Buyer confirms by filling in the registration form in the online www.amberdm.com store that he accepts all possible losses related to the contestation of this fact and the resulting consequences.
10.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions performed using this online store.
10.3. The Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the services provided by www.amberdm.com are used by a third party who has logged into the online store using the Buyer’s login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.
10.4. The Seller shall be exempted from any liability in cases where the loss arises due to the fact that the Buyer, regardless of the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, even though he was given such an opportunity.
10.5. If the Seller’s online store contains links to websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or persons, the Seller shall not be liable for the information contained therein or the activities performed there, the Seller does not supervise, control or represent these companies and persons.
10.6. In case of damage, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for the direct losses incurred.
Exchange of information
11.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
11.2. The Buyer sends all notices and questions by means of communication indicated in the “Contacts” section of the Seller’s online store.
Final provisions
12.1. Relations arising on the basis of these Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
